8yo with Arm Pain

An eight-year-old boy is brought in by his mother for arm pain.  He has had this pain before, but it became much worse yesterday after he played his first baseball game.  There is no history of blunt trauma.  The child complains of pain from his shoulder down to past the elbow.  On exam, he has tenderness to palpation over the medial humeral condyle, with normal strength, sensation, pulses and no ecchymosis or gross deformity.  The most likely cause of his pain is:

a.       Acromioclavicular (AC) separation

b.      Shoulder dislocation

c.       Radial head subluxation

d.      Valgus stress on the affected joint
